How many sessions do I need?If you are serious about changing your life around, I recommend starting with (at least) the 6-month coaching option. With consistent sessions together, this allows sufficient time for long-term change and growth to occur due to the ability to solidify new habits and achieve significant personal transformation with support & accountability.

Are your sessions in person or virtual?All sessions are held virtually via Google Meet. I will provide a link for you to attend once our session(s) are scheduled, ensuring convenience and flexibility regardless of your location.

What is your cancellation policy?Out of respect for our mutual time, I require a 48-hour notice to reschedule at no charge. Cancellations with 24 hours or less notice will result in the appointment being forfeited and will not be rescheduled.

Can I Continue Coaching After the Initial Program?Absolutely! Many clients choose to continue coaching beyond the initial program to maintain momentum, address new goals that come up as life changes, and continue their personal growth journey. We can discuss extending out coaching together as you approach the end of your initial program.
